Job Description:
You will work closely with a Project Lead, Program Manager, and the client to translate client requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions, which meet these requirements on spec and on schedule.
Desired Skills:
Core Java SDK.
J2EE Technology.
One major application server product (JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere, etc.,).
One major RDBMS product (Oracle, Sybase, Informix, etc.,).
XML Technology.
One major IDE (Eclipse, WSAD, IntelliJ, JBuilder, etc.,).
Unix/Windows scripting and utilities.
One major CASE tool (Rational Rose, Select, Together, etc.,).
EJB.
JMS/MQ Series, JDBC.
JSP/HTML/JavaScript.
Struts/JSTL.
XSLT, XPath, etc.,

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Forte will be a big plus.
Ant scripting. Perl or Shell Scripting.
Able to work in Unix as well as Windows.
Source Code Control like ClearCase, CVS, PVCS.
Strong analytical & problem solving skills, strong interpersonal / Communication skills.
High energy, team oriented and self-motivated.
